European Junior Championship 2009

Class Fleet Officers and Starsailors,
We like to bring this year's European Junior Championship to your mind and draw your attention to this event, which is scheduled from August 30 through September 03, 2009. It is hosted by the Verein Seglerhaus am Wannsee and the Berliner Fleet in the German capital.
According to the Star Class Rules the regatta is open to all young sailors, who have not reached their 25th birthday prior to the first race. It is a great opportunity to show young people how fascinating sailing of a star can be and the event will demonstrate the tradition, the friendship and the competitive nature of the class. Take the chance to make sailing a starboat attractive to young sailors in your fleet or club an allow them to compete with others on Lake Wannsee. These youngsters are the future of our class!
